CLUB PICNIC
Plan now to attend LCF&G’s annual club picnic on Sat., Sept. 20th.
It’s free and open to all members and their immediate family.
There will be horse shoes to pitch, bean bags to toss and a casting
contest for the kids.  Lake County Fish & Game will provide all the
essentials including meat, corn on the cob, drinks and tableware.
You bring you and maybe a chair.  You also are encouraged to bring a
dish to share. This is not required, but each year we are blessed with a
veritable plethora of sumptuous salads and delicious desserts.
Come enjoy the day with fellow members and their families.

LAKE COUNTY FAIR
This year’s Fair will be held from Aug. 1 - Aug. 10. LCF&G will, again, have
our booth set up and will be manning the fish pond behind the conservation
building the first weekend (Aug. 2 & 3).  Any help you can provide, either at
the fish pond or spelling guys (and gals) behind the booth, will be greatly
appreciated. Don Jones has free passes, to the Fair,
for those who would like to help.
And, as always, thank you for your support.

SOME RULES CLARIFICATIONS
Recently, we’ve had some incidents that required board action concerning
the rules regarding the use of keycards at our facility.
For the most part our members follow the rules because they realize
they’re meant to better our club and not to harass our members.
(They also report violations!)
Rule # 1 states that children under the age of 17 MUST be accompanied
by an adult MEMBER. That means you don’t give your keycard to your
kids and send them off. In fact,
YOU DON’T LEND YOUR KEYCARD TO ANYONE.
No guests are allowed to fish our lakes or otherwise use our property.
You may bring a friend who may be considering joining our club to look
around, but they may not use our facility. Your immediate family
IS WELCOME on your membership. For the sake of clarification we’re
defining “immediate family” here as your family members living at home. It
DOES NOT mean your brother-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, married children
or neighbors. It DOES MEAN your minor children, grandchildren or spouse.
We’re very proud of our property. Please heed and enjoy!
We offer FREE online ad space to members of LCF&G.
