GENERAL RULES FOR PROPERTY AND LAKES OF LAKE COUNTY
                      FISH AND GAME PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION, Inc.

    Please follow these rules as they are for the benefit of all members – present and
    future.

    1)        The use of the lakes and grounds is limited to members and their
               immediate family which includes minor children and grandchildren.
              Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult member.

    2)        The lakes are closed to fishing from dusk to dawn.

    3)        Close and lock all doors or gates that you open. Then double check yourself.

    4)        There are no garbage cans. We have neither a groundskeeper, nor garbage
               service. Take out what you bring in! Field strip cigarette butts and put the
               filters in your pocket. Keep our grounds litter free!

    5)        Restrooms are in the clubhouse. Use them – not the grounds or the lake!

    6)        No hunting, trapping, swimming, wading or discharge of firearms allowed.

    7)        No camping. No open campfires. Members may use the fire ring adjacent
               to the pavilion. Bring your own firewood. Make sure fires are out before
               you leave.

    8)        Do not cut, chop or saw wood from live or dead trees, bushes or brush.

    9)        Motorized vehicles are allowed on designated roadways only.
               Snowmobiles, ATVs, dirt bikes are not allowed.

    10)        The pavilion may not be reserved – space is to be shared among users.
                 Do not move benches or tables from under the pavilion.

    11)        Pet walking and training is allowed. Owners must clean up after their pets.
                 No pets allowed in the clubhouse.

    12)        Archery practice in designated area only.

    FISHING IS A GREAT BENEFIT OF MEMBERSHIP. KEEP OUR LAKES
        HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE BY FOLLOWING THESE RULES:

    1)        ALL FISH ARE CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY.

    2)        When fishing with live, dead or stink bait use only single hooks that are
               barbless, or have the barb flattened. Double or treble hooks are not allowed
               when fishing with bait. The largest hook that may be used is a #4.

    3)        Fishing with live minnows is not allowed. However, 3-4” bluegill may be
              caught and used as bait.

    4)        Handle all fish with care. If the hook has been swallowed and cannot be
              reached, quickly cut the line as close to the hook as possible and release
              the fish.

         CLUB MEMBERS WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE FOLLOWING
                  RESTRICTIONS ON BOATS AND TRAILERS ARE
                                    OFFICIALLY IN EFFECT.

    IT IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF EXOTIC MARINE LIFE AND
    PREVENT POLLUTION:

    1)        Boats are allowed on the north (back) lake only.

    2)        Boats and canoes up to 16’ in length are allowed.

    3)        Gas motors are not allowed and must be removed from boats before
               launching.

    4)        Electric motors, oars or paddles are allowed.

    5)        Life jackets are required when boats are on the lake per Indiana law.

    6)        Use of float tubes, inflatable U-boats, etc. are not allowed.
               Inflatable pontoon is allowed.

    7)        In the future, boats may be permanently beached in an area to be designated.
              The club is not responsible for safeguarding your boat. Each boat must be
              registered with the club.

    8)        Boat trailers may not be permanently parked on club property.

    9)        Live wells may not be used on club property. Do not flush live wells on
              club property.

    10)        Please wash the outside of your boat to remove stems, leaves and
                 seeds of lake weeds before you bring it on club property. The use of
                 bleach in the wash water will kill eggs, larva and seed pods of unwanted
                 marine life.

                   THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
               VIOLATORS MAY LOSE THEIR MEMBERSHIP.
